An unmarried adult.

May be executed any time after the child's birth.

Revocation of consent?
Consent may be withdrawn before the entry of the adoption decree for any reason within 10 days of executing consent.

Who may place a child for adoption?
A licensed child-placing agency.

Putative Father's Registry?
No. State Registrar shall provide a form for acknowledging paternity. A putative father is entitled to receive notice of adoption proceedings.
